Very early on, Semat was awakened to the importance of education and training as an essential tool to complement talent. Hence workshops became a big part of the organization's activities. Semat has accumulated a lot of experience in this field over the years.

SEMAT organized workshops for youth, children & women in the provence of Egypt (Alexandria, Mennia, Aswan, etc.) & in the arab countries (Lebanon, Jordan, etc.)

On the other hand, (Qalb) also means stirring (el Umur) means looking deeply and studying from different points. Also (Qalb) that means stirring means renewing the life and taking out good and what is inside as the seeds in agriculture".
